I offer this service on a sliding scale to acknowledge that businesses are at different stages financially, while honoring the experience, strategy, and energy I bring to every session.
Sliding Scale: $100–$200 per session. Choose the rate that fits where you’re at in your business journey.

Every 2-3 weeks for the best flow
Meeting every other week keeps momentum going without rushing the process. Weekly feels too quick, and monthly can cause the energy to fizzle out.

Action oriented homework
Assignments between sessions will keep you moving forward and turning insights into action.

Our Partnership
Coaching is a two-way street. My role is to show up 100% for you—to support your transformation, provide insight and guidance, hold you accountable, and give you that extra nudge when you need it. But your role is just as important—you have to show up 100% for yourself and your business, too.
Distraction Free!
To get the most out of our sessions, let’s create a distraction-free space. I’ll be fully committed and focused on you, and I ask the same from you. Please make sure:

Childcare is taken care of.

Roommates, partners, or family members know not to disturb you.

Phones, notifications, and other distractions are turned off so this time is fully yours.
Cancellations
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy to ensure I can offer your time slot to another client if needed. Life happens, and I understand things can come up last-minute—flexibility is available on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let me know as soon as possible.

Coaching is currently available via on-line zoom sessions or at my studio in the St John's neighborhood in Portland, Oregon.
