Those of you who know me, know how into dreams I am.  I blather on and on about my latest dream, digging around in it for the symbolism and significance.  I listen to my dreams, too.  When a dream told me to start biking, I went out and bought a bike that week and began commuting to work on my bike.  In the middle of winter.  And I'm glad I did, one of the best moves of my life.

1)  Let the light shine in

And the fresh air, for that matter.  Opening your windows can bring in fresh new energy into your living space, and revitalize it. Ch'i, which is essentially the Chinese word for lifeforce or energy, enters your home through the windows and doors.  (This becomes important when looking at furniture arrangement allowing the ch'i to flow properly).  To revitalize my home, I often will open the windows to let it in.

Oh Clutter, you sly devil you.  You really like throwing a party don't you?

It's true.  A little bit of clutter gets lonely, and starts inviting friends over.  And before you know it, you've got a clutter party on your hands, and you begin to wonder if you should call the cops in to break things up.  But! If you begin kicking some people out of the party, amazingly, the rest will follow.  After all, who wants to stay at a party when everyone is leaving?
