Okay, so you and I both know that if we want our lives to be different, we have to do something about it.  And doing something about it often means bringing in new habits.  And we often get all gung-ho, and start a new habit, ready to take on the world!  And then.  And then the habit just sort of, well, drifts off.  Getting replaced by our old routines.

Here are my three tips on keeping to your new habit.  Because they work for me.  And I am the QUEEN of giving up on habits.  So if these help me keep on keeping on, I'm sure they will work for
